Eleven the Game
Eleven The Game
Based on the TV series "Stranger Things" I made a little demo of a platform game where you play as the character Eleven.
Eleven was based on concept art by Susan Babin, I modelled and rigged her in Maya, and then taking her into Unity I wrote a specific shader to emulate the cartoon lighting from the concept art.
The power-up Telekinesis VFX was made from a combination of Particles, Ribbons, and a pulse shader that distorts the scene.
To transition between the upside down and the real world I create an Image Effect that made use of different post processing FX for the two worlds.
Using multiple cameras I could share some elements, and vary others, such as introducing some eerie particles in the upside down.

Cloth simulation for Eleven's Skirt and the Webbing on the Demegorgon

Modelling the Demegorgon in Sculptris, and retopologising in Maya.
